GRADES is an innovative training and work experience programme designed for Graduates who want to get ahead in the job market by improving their skills and widening their overall perspectives. The programme places graduates in work experience with companies based in either Hungary or Malta for 16 weeks. GRADES differs from other work experience programmes though because graduates will be undertaking specific tasks around sustainable business development and corporate social responsibility, thereby providing a real service to the company.
